Our training approaches self-care, healthy relationships, personal growth, and resilience as essential to individual and community well-being. For professionals and organizations, presentations provide practical tools to strengthen communication, leadership, service, and professional well-being. For families and youth, presentations offer practical tools for navigating relationships, emotions, personal growth, and the challenges of an increasingly complex world.
Drawing on nearly three decades of leadership and service experience, Undré creates interactive, practical presentations tailored to the needs and context of each audience. Presentations are available for mental health professionals, schools and educators, churches and ministries, businesses and organizations, nonprofit organizations, community and human services, and groups serving children, adolescents, and families.
