I’m Undré Alee, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona with nearly 20 years of experience. I provide a client-centered, holistic approach tailored to each client’s needs, with faith-based counseling and prayer available by request.
My goal is to provide unconditional positive regard and empower clients with the tools and confidence to overcome life’s challenges and move forward with strength and hope.

I help adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges—including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and spiritual concerns.​

Akouw Counseling offers engaging, practical presentations that encourage, equip, and empower professionals, organizations, families, and youth. Drawing on nearly three decades of leadership and service experience, Undré brings practical insight to topics including professional well-being, communication, leadership, relationships, resilience, and personal growth.
Presentations can be tailored to meet the needs of schools, churches, businesses, nonprofits, mental health professionals, and community organizations.
About our name
"Akouw" is Koine Greek for "I hear/listen/am listening". I named the practice this because I believe that healing happens when you're heard, and I'm listening. I look forward to working with you towards healing.
